This site is published and operated by Coolalinga Central (“CC”). CC is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and others who deal with us or use our website. This Privacy Policy outlines how CC collects, uses, discloses and stores your personal information, and how you may access or correct that information or lodge a complaint. This policy is provided in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

When visiting our site, a record of your visit may be logged. By submitting material to any of our servers, for example by email, via the CC website or  CC social media pages, you agree that:

  • (c) you own the material or have the right to provide it to us and CC may publish  or use the material without liability; and

By submitting material, you also consent to CC using, reproducing, modifying and  publishing such content as necessary for its business purposes, in accordance with this  Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

  • be used for a lawful purpose; 
  • be collected with your consent; and 
  • be collected with a clear and explicit purpose.

Competitions

By entering CC competitions, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition, including notifying winners and distributing prizes.

PGA reserves the right to have final say on prizes/winners and no correspondence will be entered into.

All prizes advertised in competitions are subject to retailer availability and must be used within stated time frames.

CC offers a free subscription service so that you can receive information about CC via  email. While CC endeavours to provide timely updates, it is not liable for non-delivery or  delays. 

When you email us or register with our free subscription service, you consent to CC using the information you provide. Specifically: 

  • We will record your email address, name and any other personal information you  provide. 
  • We will only use your personal information for communication with you. 
  • We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without your  consent. 
  • We will not disclose your personal information without your consent. 
  • You may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in our emails or  contacting us directly. 

We will take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is accurate, up to  date and secure.

CC takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification or disclosure. We use secure facilities and systems to store information and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, CC accepts no liability for unauthorised access or use of personal information.
